Michael Jesperson and Congressman Don Young discuss the role of the 3 branches of Government, who decides how money is spent after Congress appropriates money to the various departments, Covid-19 relief, campaigning, and how Congressional Gridlock got worse after Congress stopped creating "ear marks" with the budgets.
